Abstract:
AskERIC is an Internet-based information service for those involved in the field of education. A human intermediary interacts with an information seeker, so staff can determine a client's information needs and present an array of relevant resources from the ERIC system and the vast resources of the Internet. An average day in the life of an AskERIC network information specialist is described.
