Abstract:
Reports that the United Kingdom government-funded People's Network launched an online reference service. Report that questions submitted to the Web site are answered by English, Canadian and U.S. librarians; Management of the Web site by the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council; Report that the online reference service will launch a new search engine and reading-related programs in October 2005.
