Abstract:
The article reports on poster presentation with the theme "Sowing Successful Services" during the 2007 Annual Convention of the Alabama Library Association (ALLA). The presentation was presented by Dena Luce and Angie Barry of Faulkner University. It shows the comparison between virtual services and traditional library services and how they complement rather than compete with each other. Virtual services includes chat reference, online tutorials, and web resources.
